Procurement includes the delivery, installation, working order, training and qualification of the equipment. This HPLC channel consists of the following elements: — a multivese degassing system; — a low-pressure quaternary gradient pump with a piston rinsing system; — a sample injector, automatic variable volume, capable of delivering injection volumes from 0,1 μl to 100 μl; — a column furnace; — a UV/visible detector (D2/Tungstène) with diode array (approximately 190 to 800 nm) equipped with a minimum of 1024 diodes with a measuring cell having an optical path of 10 mm; — the associated IT system; — a colour ink jet printer for reporting. The technical details are stipulated in Article 19 “Special Technical Specifications” of the CCP.
