This study provides for the purchase from free trade of the following new vehicles/machinery/equipment which are classified in two segments, as follows: 1.SECTION A -A loader excavator (CPV: 43262100-8) (Motor excavators). 2. SECTION B - Two vehicles for emergency service (CPV: 34144200-0) (Pick-up trucks 4x4). Each pick-up vehicle shall be fitted with fire-fighting equipment, namely a water tank and an autonomous fire-fighting unit for use during the summer months and snow-ploughing equipment, namely a salt dispenser and a snow-ploughing blade for use during the winter months. The procured vehicles-machinery-equipment are intended to meet the needs of the autonomous civil protection department of the Municipality of Nea Propontida. The expenditure will be covered by funding from: 1. The Public Investment Program co-funded by the "NSRF 2021-2027", of the Region of Central Macedonia, with an amount of € 300.000,00. 2. The budget for the total procurement amounts to EUR 241 935.48 plus 24% VAT of EUR 58 064.52, i.e. a total of EUR 300 000.00. The execution of the procurement will be carried out by means of the open electronic tender procedure (on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender based on price only) using the platform of the National Electronic Public Procurement System (ESIDIS) through the System's online portal www.promitheus.gov.gr by the competent committee for conducting and evaluating the tender and in accordance with Law 4412/2016. A detailed description of the physical and financial object of the contract is given in ANNEX I to this notice. The procurement will be carried out in accordance with Law 4412/2016 (Government Gazette 147/8-8-2016) and Law 3852/2010 (Government Gazette 87/7-6-2010). The duration of the contract for the EKSKAFA – LOADER is set at 6 months, from the date of signature of the contract and for the two new Pick-up 4x4 Extended Cab vans (with fire-fighting and snow-ploughing equipment) is set at 8 months, from the date of signature of the contract and after the agreement of both parties may be extended, under the conditions of Article 206 of Law 4412/2016, in order to cover the current needs of the Municipality without changing the contract value.
