This study provides for the purchase from free trade of the following new vehicles/machinery/equipment which are classified in two segments, as follows: 1.SECTION A -A loader excavator (CPV: 43262100-8) (Motor excavators). 2. The budget for the total procurement amounts to EUR 241 935.48 plus 24% VAT of EUR 58 064.52, i.e. a total of EUR 300 000.00. The execution of the procurement will be carried out by means of the open electronic tender procedure (on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender based on price only) using the platform of the National Electronic Public Procurement System (ESIDIS) through the System's online portal www.promitheus.gov.gr by the competent committee for conducting and evaluating the tender and in accordance with Law 4412/2016. A detailed description of the physical and financial object of the contract is given in ANNEX I to this notice.
