Description

The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of four brand new electric (zero-emission) buses of the MAXI class for Przedsiębiorstwo Komunikacji Miejskiej w Czechowicach-Dziedzicach Sp. z o.o. together with the infrastructure for charging them. Within the scope of the subject of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to: 1) Delivery of four brand new electric (zero-emission) buses of the MAXI class with electric drive for Przedsiębiorstwo Komunikacji Miejskiej w Czechowicach-Dziedzicach Sp. z o.o.; 2) Delivery of equipment, installation, commissioning and execution of construction works related to the construction of a free charging station for buses with plug-in chargers (2 pcs.) together with power supply from the existing transformer station located in the PKM depot at 16 Michała Drzymała Street in Czechowice-Dziedzice; 3) Delivery of equipment, installation, commissioning and execution of construction works related to the construction of a fast charging station for buses with pantograph chargers (2 pcs.) together with power supply from the existing transformer station located in the PKM depot at 16 Michała Drzymała Street in Czechowice-Dziedzice; 4) Delivery, installation and commissioning of double-sided dynamic passenger information boards. The buses referred to above must: 1) meet the technical requirements specified in Annex No. 7 to the SWZ Detailed description of the subject of the contract; 2) be brand new, as defined in the Road Traffic Act of 20 June 1997 (Journal of Laws 2024, item 1251 as amended) and hold a valid EC vehicle type-approval certificate issued in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 2 August 2023 on the type-approval of vehicles (Journal of Laws of 2023, item. 1651); 3) must comply with the technical and operational parameters set out in the applicable provisions laid down in the Regulation of the Minister for Infrastructure on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (Journal of Laws 2024, item 502 as amended); they must have been produced no earlier than the year of delivery, not used and not used for research, testing, presentation or similar purposes; 5) one brand, identical in terms of construction, picking and equipment. The design and execution of the construction works indicated in the tender documentation within the meaning of the Construction Law Act of 7 July 1994 will take place in accordance with the Functional and Utility Programme. Functional and operational programme referred to in Article 103(1) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union (TFEU) 2 of the Public Procurement Act is attached as Annex 14 to the SWZ.
