The subject of this contract is wastewater and stormwater remediation works on the public and private domain of La Roche-sur-Yon Agglomeration and the private domain under agreement (works under easement agreement). The work will be carried out on the territory of La Roche-sur-Yon Agglomération, whether in urban or rural areas. They may be carried out under traffic as a matter of priority and under diversion if the nature or environment of the site so requires.
