Description

This Framework Agreement concerns: - Supply of the guaranteed active electrical energy to the continuous supply of all the needs with the Network Access Contracts subscribed by the supplier, the balance responsibility, the capacity mechanism, the EWCs and the associated services, for the sites of the members of the allotis control group. - Supply of natural gas with routing components, EWCs, national gas excise duty, biogas production certificates (BPCs), management and storage costs and associated services for the sites of the members of the allotis order group. The thresholds are expressed in quantity in the consultation documents. The framework agreement is concluded with only a maximum quantity. Maximum quantity for electricity in lot 1 of: 44 000 MWh / duration of the CA. Maximum quantity for natural gas in lot 2 of: 32,000 MWh / duration of CA The framework agreement will be executed through the conclusion of subsequent contracts. Each lot will be awarded separately. The services are paid by unit prices
