Description

The city of Gerlingen intends to renovate the Pestalozzi School. The subject matter of the proceedings is technical planning services for fire protection, in accordance with the AHO series of publications No. 17, 4th edition: ...LPH 1-4 (fire protection concept) incl. object-related, component-sharp technical specifications (such as concrete fire protection qualities, clothing thicknesses and foreclosure principles), which serve as a binding basis for the subsequent factory design. ...LPH 8 (construction supervision) on an hourly basis The buildings of the Pestalozzi School from the 1940/1950s have a considerable need for renovation. This concerns, among other things, the energy and fire protection refurbishment, the renewal of the TGA – sanitary/electrical and the expansion of the digital infrastructure. In addition to these substantial measures, a spatial development towards a modern all-day school is to take place. This is to be developed in the existing stock and no new or cultivation is to be created. Further information can be found in the procedure description.
