Description

The consultation is launched on the basis of an open invitation to tender subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-1 et seq. of the CCP. This contract is subject to a relaunch following a 1st tender procedure declared unsuccessful for lack of tenders. This is a framework agreement with mono-successful order forms in accordance with Articles L. 2125-1 and R. 2162-2 to 5 of the JPC.
This contract is made up of a lot with no minimum amount or maximum amount, due to the anticipated difficulties linked to the nature of these needs and their random nature.
