The subject of the contract under the basic contract is the provision by the Contractor to the Contracting Authority of: 1) supply of technical equipment and software for the digital recording of the course of court hearings, installation, implementation, commissioning and warranty service and technical support in rooms not yet equipped with equipment for digital recording of the course of court hearings (Annex 3a to the Agreement – List of locations) and rooms indicated for modernisation (Annex 3b to the Agreement – List of locations); 2) delivery, installation and commissioning of technical devices together with software, as well as installation, implementation and warranty service and technical support of the audio-video recording system for the Friendly Hearing Room (Annex 3c to the Agreement - List of locations); 3) granting a guarantee for the products and services delivered under the Agreement for a period of 48 months counted from the date of signing the appropriate acceptance protocol. 2. The subject-matter of the contract also includes an option in the material scope indicated in Annex 1 to the Agreement – Description of the subject-matter of the contract. The number of courtrooms and their location, the number of Friendly Rooms and their location, as well as the data of the Ordering Party and the End User are contained in the Distribution List constituting Annexes 4a to 4b to the Agreement.
