Description

carrying out monitoring and investigative assistance missions in the context of clinical research: The Multi-winning Framework Agreement (maximum 3 economic operators subject to a sufficient number of applications and tenders) will be concluded in a mixed form, carried out, on the one hand, by issuing order forms (using a ‘cascade’ method) and, on the other hand, by concluding subsequent contracts after reopening of competition by the holders.
