The scope of the procurement includes the following activities: - Design - preparation of technical investment design, according to design assignment; - Construction – implementation of the construction and installation works (CMP) provided for in the investment project; - Author's supervision - exercising author's supervision under the Spatial Planning Act during the execution of construction and installation works. The total built-up area of the building is 13 007.75 m2.
