The subject of the contract is the execution of an electrical power installation supplying equipment and equipment located in the pit excavations as part of the newly designed tourist routes in the Queen Louise Adit at the Coal Mining Museum in Zabrze on the basis of existing executive projects. This task covers: • in the area of workings of the Main Key Hereditary Adit (GKSD), the execution of a new 400/230 V power supply system operating in the TN-S network system, with a grounded neutral point, including: - reconstruction (adaptation) of the existing main switchgear in the Tourist Service Building at ul. K. Miarki 8 (on the surface) – replacement of the existing part (field) with new ones, - construction of 3 boxes of the SRCD-... residual current circuit breaker, (on the surface) in accordance with the project held by the Contracting Authority, which is an annex to the present proceedings, - execution of cable lines supplying the designed devices with 400/230V voltage directly from the surface (with the existing 0.5/0.4 kV transformers in mind), - adaptation of the existing technical opening for the purposes of bringing the power cable from the surface (separation plant built in the fan station building) to the pit workings in the area of the main fans station for the underground workings complex of the Main Key Heritage Adit (Zabrze, ul. Freedom 333). In the above case, it is necessary to make the appropriate documentation of the route of running the cable power line together with the technology of adaptation of the existing technological hole, replacement and selection of the existing pipe for the target built in the used technological hole, as well as lowering and fixing the cable in the above hole in accordance with the applicable regulations and requirements in the above field. If it is not possible to adapt the existing opening - the execution of the project and the associated documentation, indication of the necessary arrangements and permits related to the development (including costs and cost estimate) of the project in this respect and the execution of the opening on this basis will be the subject of a separate procedure launched in due time, - the construction of 3 pieces of ZTN-... cable connectors, - the construction of 12 pieces of RTN-... switchgear equipped with drains adapted to power audiovisual systems and devices related to tourist traffic within the planned tourist routes - historical and natural elements, - the transfer of existing drains to newly designed switchgear and the removal of switchgear powered off. In the area of the workings of the ‘Królowa Luiza’ Mining Open-Air Museum, it is assumed that the existing 400/230V TN-S installation will be adapted and extended for the needs of newly designed equipment as part of the historical route: - implementation of changes in the existing switchgear TN-31, TN-32, TN-33 related to the supply of newly designed audiovisual equipment on the historical route, - construction of a new switchgear TN-35 for the supply of tourist lighting in the area of the pavement to the Wilhelmina shaft (position No 17 on the historical route). In addition, provision should be made for: • disassembly of the indicated equipment and installations, replacement and installation of equipment and installations by the Contractor's forces (the Ordering Party shall ensure the service of the electric traffic employee during the above works for the necessary period of 24 hours a day), • free training of employees (in the amount of approx. 20 people) from the maintenance of equipment and installations, • the above training should be stationary and be provided for a minimum of 3 man-hours during the working week on the change "A" after agreeing the place and date with the authorized representative of the MGW in Zabrze, • during the warranty period, ensuring the replacement of damaged components (for the time of repair, replacement equipment with adequate technical parameters should be provided, • during the warranty period, the performance of tests and acceptances (provided for by the applicable regulations) by an expert in the operation of the mining plant or testing and legalization of installed equipment and accessories at the expense and effort of the Contractor, • in order to carry out the task resulting from this procedure, the delivery of materials and equipment to the indicated and agreed location with the authorized employee of the MGW in Zabrze with appropriate equipment and methods (the ability to unload heavy components and subassemblies in the above location should be taken into account - the Contracting Authority does not have in the selected locations of the crane ganker).
