Description

1. Coal-fired, MII sorting – 2.200 tonnes (estimated quantity), CPV nomenclature: 09111210-5, Polish Norma: PN-G-97001:1982, PN-G-97003:1982.
1) Quality parameters:
(a) the net calorific value not less than 20.000 kJ/kg;
(b) an ash content not more than 25 %;
(C) a sulphur content not more than 1.4 %;
(D) total moisture not more than 16 %.
(2) On the day of delivery, the Contractor shall provide the Contracting Authority with:
(a) the delivery note;
(b) a certificate of energy quality issued by an authorised entity containing information concerning, inter alia: sorting, calorific value, ash content, sulphur content and moisture certified as true by the contractor.
2. The transport service was located at the premises of the Contracting Authority, CPV nomenclature: 60000000-8.
3. The estimated quantity to be delivered may change during the duration of the contract. The final quantity delivered will be based on the actual needs of the contracting authority during the term of the contract.
4. Place, method, time limits for delivery and form and date of payment.
(1) Supplies to a heating site of the Contracting Authority located at the Zakład Karny, Potulicy.
(2) The Contractor shall be supplied in such a way as to prevent loss of utility.
(3) Each delivery will be subject to the Commission’s acceptance, consisting, inter alia, of weighing each delivery vehicle on a regularised weight in Paterek (at a distance of approximately: 12 km from Zakład Karny). In the event of a breakdown of the weight indicated or any other reason which makes it impossible to weigh the vehicle, not attributable to the Contracting Authority, weighing will be carried out on a different regularised weight, which is far from the Contracting Authority’s premises within a radius of up to approximately. 25 km.
4) The cost of each weighing service shall be borne by the Contractor and the cost of the weighing service shall be borne by the Contracting Authority.
5) The Contractor shall issue a VAT invoice for the quantity specified in the weighing document, resulting from the commission weighing of the supply on the weight indicated by the Contracting Authority.
6) Delivery of deliveries within the agreed deadlines, Monday to Friday (working days) from 7:30 to 14:00.
7) Deadline for payment of 30 days, form of payment by transfer.
