AGR Abfallentsorgungs-Gesellschaft Ruhrgebiet mbH (hereinafter AGR) is planning the construction and operation of a new treatment plant for 500,000 t/a Rostaschen from several municipal waste incineration plants. This so-called WeRA recycling plant will be located in the industrial area Herten-Süd, south of the waste power plant RZR Herten. As part of the construction of the WeRA, the construction of four so-called hall structures is planned: (1) the construction of a processing hall, (2) the construction of a hall shredder, (3) the construction of a canopy area sorting cabin and (4) the construction of a control room.
