Description

Die Stadtwerke Lübeck Innovation GmbH sind mit der Errichtung und dem Betrieb einer Geothermieanlage mit Maschennetz und Hausanschlüssen für die Wärmeversorgung des Neubauquartiers Lauerhofer Feld in Lübeck beauftragt. Im Neubaugebiet sollen 89 Reihen- und Doppelhäuser sowie 14 Mehrfamilienhäuser entstehen. Die Hausanschlüsse für die Reihen- und Doppelhäuser werden alle mit Errichtung des Hauptnetzes in 2024/2025 vorgestreckt. Um das Maschennetz in der Bauzeit für die ersten Wärmekunden betreiben zu können ist vorgesehen, einen Interims- Technik-Container am Grünfeldtring (Nord), Lübeck aufzustellen und an das Netz anzuschließen.
