Description

1. The subject of the contract is the performance of organizational and logistical services related to the preparation and implementation in Krakow of the VIII Małopolska Congress of the Silver Economy. 2. The description of the subject-matter of the contract (OPZ) is attached as Annex 1D to the contract and will be introduced as an annex to the public contract. 3. The conditions for the performance of the contract are contained in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be inserted in the public procurement contract - model contract and constitute Annex 1C to the contract (hereinafter referred to as the model contract). 4. The contracting authority shall specify, in accordance with the provisions of Article 95 of the Act, that it does not require employment by the contractor or subcontractor on the basis of the employment relationship of persons performing activities related to the performance of the contract. 5. The contracting authority specified the conditions for the transfer of copyright in the model contract. 6. CPV designation: 79952000-2 Event organisation services.
