France-Niort: Refurbishment of run-down buildings
Multi-contractor framework agreement for routine maintenance, repair and restoration of the buildings and housing of the property of Habitat Sud Deux-Sèvres. They guarantee a service provided by Habitat Sud Deux-Sèvres to tenants.
The works for subsequent contracts will be carried out inside or outside buildings whether or not occupied and inside occupied or unoccupied dwellings.
The framework agreement is carried out by trades, the nature of which is indicated in the information relating to the lots and in 2 geographical areas corresponding to the agencies’ management links:
Agencies area Clou-Bouchet/Maintenon and Saint-Maixent-l’Ecole;
Agency area Parc;
The heritage lists for each area concerned are annexed to the CCTP.
The works to be carried out in subsequent contracts are those referred to in the Special Technical Specifications. Those works shall be specified in contracts concluded on the basis of this framework agreement, referred to as ‘subsequent contracts’.
This Framework Agreement is multi-contractor and is concluded without minimum or maximum in accordance with Article 76 of the Public Procurement Code.
