Description

Bei der vorliegenden Baumaßnahme handelt es sich um die Sanierung des Bestandsgebäudes, bestehend aus den zentralen Gebäudeteilen (Haus A, Haus B) und einem 3-geschossigen Mittelbau, dem Teilabbruch (Turnhalle und Sanitärtrakte) sowie der Erweiterung durch einen an den Bestand angeschlossenen Neubau. Die Schule ist während der Baumaßnahmen leergezogen. Die ausgeschriebene Leistung umfasst die Errichtung der Informations- und Kommunikationsanlagen - Erneuerung sämtlicher Informations- und Kommunikationstechnischen Anlagen - Errichtung des kompletten Datennetzes als strukturiertes sternförmiges Netz mit Datenunterverteiler je Etage - Errichtung von Hausalarm-, Sprachalarm- und Einbruchmeldeanlagen - Errichtung einer Telekommunikationsanlage auf IP-Basis, sowie einer Klingelanlage, mit Aufschaltung auf die Telekommunikationsanlage - Installation einer Hörschleife - Verlegung der Installations-, Daten- und Busleitungen erfolgt ohne Leerrohrsystem auf Putz, im Fußboden oder oberhalb von Decken.
