Description

TenneT Germany is Germany's largest transmission system operator and operates a critical infrastructure for secure and sustainable power supply with more than 5,000 employees. As part of the accelerated expansion of the European energy transition, TenneT is investing significantly in national and international grid projects, especially in the offshore sector. To implement these projects, TenneT is increasingly relying on international staff assignments, long-term deployments, rotation models and cross-border missions within and outside Europe. The employees' activities take place in Spain, Belgium, Singapore, Indonesia, the United Arab Emirates and other countries in the future. Both local social structures and employer-of-record models are used. Against this background, TenneT intends to hire an experienced international service provider for tax, payroll and global mobility services. The aim is to bundle the worldwide tax, payroll and compliance services for cross-border employee assignments at a single point of contact in order to ensure global compliance, standardize processes and sustainably relieve internal administration.
