The services requested are specialised forestry services, detailed in the specifications, intended to ensure the exploitation of timber from the forest fund, public property of the Municipality of Brasov, in accordance with the provisions of the forestry plans and the acts of valorisation for the partitions in the managed forest fund, the possibility of 2026. The possibility of exploitation has been assessed in accordance with the provisions of the Forest Code and the forestry rules.
