Description

The Construction Authority for Potable Water and Wastewater (CAPW) (the “Client”) has received a financing from the European Union (“EU”), the Agence Française de Développement ("AFD") and the European Investment Bank (“EIB”) and intends to use part of the funds thereof for payments under the following project: Consulting Services for Assistance to Project Implementation Of the Helwan Wastewater Treatment Project.
The Services of the consultant shall consist of design, tender documents preparation, assistance to tendering, supervision of works implementation & project management for the Helwan Wastewater Treatment Plant Project. For the Project background and objectives of the consultancy assigment are indicated within the REOI document.
The CAPW hereby invites Applicants to show their interest in delivering the Services described above. This Request for Expressions of Interest is open to consulting firms.
