Description

1. The subject of the contract is the collection of municipal waste collected in containers and bags on residential properties located in the Municipality-City of Płock – Sector IV in any quantity: mixed waste of code 20 03 01 (so-called residual/segregated residues), (b) paper – paper waste, including cardboard waste, paper packaging waste and cardboard packaging waste, (c) metal-plastics – multi-material packaging waste – metal waste, including metal packaging waste, plastic waste, including plastic packaging waste and multi-material packaging waste, (d) glass – glass waste, including glass packaging waste without colour separation, (e) bio-waste- within the meaning of Article 3(3). 1 point 1 of the Waste Act, f) construction and demolition waste from households, g) furniture and other bulky waste (including renovation origin, e.g.: toilets, windows, doors), as well as large-scale waste electrical and electronic equipment, (h) used passenger car tyres, (i) expired medicines, (j) waste ineligible for medical waste generated in the household as a result of taking medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes (code ex 20 01 99). 2. The contracting authority provides for the award of contracts on the basis of Art. 1 point 7 of the Act in the amount of up to 50% of the value of the basic contract consisting in the repetition of services specified in detail in the description of the subject of the basic contract. The direct award of the contract will be preceded by negotiations and will be carried out in accordance with the rules laid down in the basic contract.
