Description

De huidige Raamovereenkomst voor Makelaarsdiensten loopt af op 1 augustus 2025. Om in de behoefte van het Kadaster te kunnen blijven voorzien start het Kadaster een nieuwe aanbesteding voor deze dienstverlening. Het Kadaster is voornemens één (1) Opdrachtnemer te contracteren die de Makelaarsdiensten zal leveren voor alle bestaande en toekomstige panden van het Kadaster. Mede op basis van historische gegevens gaat het Kadaster uit van een geraamde totale waarde van de Raamovereenkomst (inclusief optiejaren/opties) van een bedrag van € 700.000,- (exclusief btw). Dit is een indicatieve raming en hieraan kunnen geen rechten worden ontleend.
