Ziel dieser Beschaffung ist eine langfristige Partnerschaft mit einem kompetenten und langjährig erfahrenen IT-Dienstleister zur Sicherstellung folgender Hauptaufgabenbereiche: - IT-Architekten-Beratung: Linux, ORACLE, CheckMK - Betreuung der ORACLE Datenbanken - Betreuung durch Service-Engineers vor Ort oder remote - Begleitung durch Service-Manager zur Sicherstellung der Servicequalität - Migration und Weiterentwicklung der Infrastruktur - Fehlerbehebung und Optimierung - Systemüberwachung und Datensicherung - Dokumentation und Beratung Max. Abrufvolumen/ Höchstmenge liegt bei 2.400.000,00 EUR netto für Gesamtlaufzeit inkl. Verlängerungsoption. Es gibt keine Mindestabnahmemenge.
