Description

Die Bernhard-Overberg-Schule ist eine von derzeit acht Grundschulen in Gronau. Da der Altbau neben konzeptionellen Mängeln massiv mit PAK belastet ist, plant die Stadt Gronau einen bedarfsgerechten Neubau auf dem Gelände des jetzigen Schulstandorts. Der Erweiterungsbau soll erhalten und saniert werden. Der Altbau der Schule wird abbruchgerecht schadstoffentfrachtet und danach zurück gebaut (Dies geschieht im Vorfeld durch die Stadt Gronau oder einen von dort bestelltem Dritten und ist nicht Teil der hier angefragten Leistungen. Übergeben wird ein freigemessenes Baufeld.). Gegenstand dieser Vergabe ist die Beauftragung mit Grundleistungen der Leistungsphasen 1 bis 6 des Leistungsbildes Tragwerksplanung. Es erfolgt eine stufenweise Beauftragung der Leistungsphasen.
