De realisering van het nieuwe gemeentehuis voor de gemeente Haarlemmermeer. Het betreft een integrale uitvoeringsopdracht, de opdracht wordt niet verdeel in percelen. (Eerder is de bouw in combinatie met 20 jaar onderhoud aanbesteed, zie TN 447744. Voor deze opdracht hadden zich in de voorselectie weinig gegadigden aangemeld en uiteindelijk is in de tweede fase van de aanbesteding geen inschrijving ingediend.
