Description

Construction of a mixed-use building: workshops and offices, with a floor area of approximately 6 100 m². The building is intended to house innovative nautical and marine renewable energy companies. The programme develops around 1 420 m² of workshops and 4 700 m² of offices on 5 levels and is part of a high environmental quality approach. Incidentally, the contract includes a professional integration service. Lots concerned by the consultation:

lot No 6 Aluminium joinery – glazing – blinds,
— lot 9 overlay – dry partitions – ceilings,
