Description

The framework agreement will be implemented by issuing order forms. Each lot will be awarded separately. The services are paid for by unit prices. The estimated amounts are indicative and include all renewal periods. The contractor is informed that the Annecy Genevois Hospital Centre (CHANGE), a support establishment, of the GHT Haute-Savoie, Pays de Gex, awards the contract within the framework of its legal competence (Article L 6132-2-5°a) of the Public Health Code for the benefit of all members of the GHT, namely the CHANGE, the GEX Hospital Centre and the Rumilly Hospital Centre. As such, the support establishment conducts the procurement procedure and signs the contract on its own behalf and that of the participating establishments. The institutions, for their part, are responsible for the performance of the contract with the exception of the award of any amendments.
