La présente consultation a pour objet des travaux de remplacement de portes palières sur le patrimoine de Paris Habitat (Direction Territoriale Sud Est). Le présent marché comporte des prestations traitées à prix mixte, comprenant une part à prix forfaitaire et une part à prix unitaires traités à bons de commande conformément aux articles R 2162-2 et suivants du Code de la commande publique.
