F-Paris: Telephone switchboard services
Bearing in mind that full continuity of telecommunications service is one of the essential commitments of the Contractor, the purpose of this Framework Agreement is the provision of access to the switched telephone network and the routing of calls.
Under the financial conditions stipulated in the contractor’s proposal, subsequent contracts awarded under the framework agreement must:
— ensure continuity of access to the telephone network of the coordinated service;
— the creation of telephone access on new sites and buildings for which no connection to any operator network is made;
— access to the services associated with this type of service.
The extent of the owner’s network must allow all the metropolitan sites of the administration to be served.
The Framework Agreement was allocated as follows:
— lot 1: provision of primary telephone access (T2);
— lot 2: provision of primary access points (T2) not compressed;
— lot 3: provision of analogue lines and basic access (T0);
— lot 4: provision of non-geographic numbers of the form ‘08xx’ at special rates.
This award notice concerns Lot 3.
