Description

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of a multifunctional vehicle for high-pressure cleaning of the sewage network with the possibility of simultaneous suction of impurities into the sludge tank. The vehicle delivered by the Contractor must be complete, fully functional and ready for use, manufactured not earlier than in 2014 (chassis) and with WUKO type body made not earlier than in 2015. The vehicle should comply with the technical conditions and conditions for road traffic and circulation in force in the Republic of Poland, including in particular the provisions of the Road Traffic Act of 20 June 1995. The vehicle must be free from any legal defects, charges and claims for the benefit of third parties, there are no restrictions on its disposal and it will not be the subject of any administrative or civil proceedings, as well as the subject of security or seizure for any other reason. 2. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract (technical and operational parameters of the vehicle, equipment and requirements of the contracting authority) and the manner of performance of the contract includes a description of the subject-matter of the contract, which constitutes Annex 1 to the FTZ, and the draft provisions of the contract, which constitute Annex 3 to the FTZ.
