The subject-matter of the contract is ‘Supplies of electricity and distribution services to the Municipality of Wieluń, subordinate entities and the municipal enterprise’. The sale of electricity will take place under the conditions laid down in the Energy Act of 10 April 1997 (Journal of Laws 2018, item 755, as amended), in accordance with the applicable regulations to the above-mentioned Act and the Civil Code of 23.4.1964 (Journal of Laws 2018, item 1025 as amended). The estimated electricity consumption in the premises of the Municipality of Wieluń, subordinate units and Przedsiębiorstwa Komunalna Sp. zo.o. for the various tariff groups in the last 12 months is included in Annexes 8 and 9 to the ToR. The total energy input from 1.1.2019 to 31.3.2020 will be around 5 954 012.00 kWh, with a total of 435 meters (± 10 % for both the number of meters and the energy input).
