Description

1. The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of furniture for the needs of the units of the Student Houses Complex of the Warsaw University of Technology. 2. The contracting authority shall allow partial tenders to be submitted; tenders may cover all or part of the contract. The maximum number of parts for which the Contractor may submit an offer - 2. 1) Part 1 - Purchase and delivery of beds for units of the Student Houses Complex of the Warsaw University of Technology; 2) Part 2 – Purchase and supply of mattresses for units of the Student Houses Complex of the Warsaw University of Technology. 3. 3.5 A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract (SOPZ) can be found in Annex No 1 to the FTZ and in Annexes No 1A,1B to the FTZ constituting the Product and Price Forms for Lots 1, 2 of the contract. 4. The other terms of the contract are contained in the draft provisions of the contract (PPU), which constitute Annex 2 to the FTZ. 5. The Contractor shall provide a guarantee on the subject of the contract for a minimum period of 24 months from the date of signature of the acceptance report.
