The subject of the contract are works consisting in particular of: 1) preparing the area for the construction of two multi-family residential buildings; 2) construction of two mixed multi-family buildings with technical infrastructure, where a) building No. 1 (B1) basement building, five-storey with a flat roof, with the so-called high ground floor; Staircase equipped with a crane adapted to the transport of disabled people; on the basement floor, a garage hall, technical rooms and a bicycle room were designed; construction of the skeleton building: reinforced concrete frames and substrings, reinforced concrete ceilings of filigran type, direct foundation on the foundation slab; the use of traditional facade materials has been designed; insulation of the facade of the building with polystyrene - a light wet method. This applies in particular to connections: water supply, sewage, electricity, gas and telecommunications – to the extent necessary to achieve the objective of the investment, regardless of the degree of their inclusion in the design documentation or the volume of works. 6) execution of internal water supply systems, sanitary sewerage and rainwater sewerage; 7) execution of natural gas installations, 8) assembly of electrical and teletechnical installations ensuring use in accordance with the intended purpose, 9) construction of internal roads and parking spaces as well as pavements and other elements of land development. 10) felling of trees; 11) making plantings of greenery; 12) finishing and equipping apartments and common areas. 3. The value of the annual demand index for non-renewable primary energy EP in the buildings resulting from the project may not exceed the value of 52 kWh(m2.year) to which the Beneficiary of the measures committed to achieve and which obliged the Investor to ensure that the project does not cause significant harm to the environmental objectives set out in Article 9 of Regulation 2020/852, in accordance with Article 17 of that Regulation (the values to be achieved are set out in Annex 1 to the FTZ – Designed energy performance of the building). 4. The contractor is obliged to carry out the works in a manner consistent with the DNSH (‘Do No Significant Harm’) principle, i.e. not to violate the environmental objectives of the European Union set out in Article 17 of Regulation (EU) 2020/852, in particular by: − reducing greenhouse gas emissions, − rational management of water resources, − preventing environmental pollution, − promoting the circular economy, − protecting biodiversity. 5. The Contractor will carry out the project with particular regard to the Statement of Environmental Requirements for the General Contractor (Annex 2 to the contract), in particular with regard to: - reduction of noise, dust and pollutant emissions, - management of construction waste. 6. The contractor will appoint a waste management manager at the construction site, who will be obliged to monitor and document the obligations of environmental requirements, including the submission of the necessary reports (in accordance with Annex 2 to the contract). 7. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract and the method of its implementation is provided in Annex No 1 to the FTZ and Annex No 11 to the FTZ - model contract and Annex No 2 to the contract (environmental requirements for the contractor). 8. The contractor who refers in the tender to solutions equivalent to those described in the procurement documents is obliged to prove (in the tender), in particular by the means of evidence referred to in Articles 104-107 of the PPL, that the proposed solutions meet the requirements specified in the description of the subject-matter of the contract to an equivalent extent (Art. 5 of PZP). In such a case, the Contracting Authority will call upon the Contractor who has not submitted the evidence in question (and the tender may indicate that it is an equivalent tender) or the evidence submitted will be incomplete to be submitted or completed within the prescribed period, unless, despite the submission of the evidence in question, the tender will be rejected or there will be grounds for invalidating the procedure.
