Description

The contract concerns the complete demolition of 10 pavilions, 4 sheds in certain gardens, the evacuation of a construction hut. These properties are located in the same subdivision. The total built floor area of the 10 pavilions is 1,180 m2. The 3 sheds have a floor area of 60 M2, not including the construction barracks. The contract includes only the demolition and evacuation of rubble in order to leave the land bare (except plantations), with the constitution of merlons to avoid the possible intrusion of vehicles. Only elevated parts, i.e. above ground elements, are concerned. Not included are all elements of foundations, buried pipes, and fences. This demolition follows the planned return of the subdivision to the town hall of Saint-Germain-en-Laye, which must be carried out in one go. Indeed, the pavilions are empty and have been walled, waiting for the group restitution of the entire subdivision, but they still represent a risk of squatting and made uninhabitable. With the agreement of the town hall of Saint-Germain-en-Laye, which only the ground and the basement are of interest, it is therefore necessary to destroy them for security reasons.
