Description

Yleisradio Oy requests offers for TV production lights. The acquisition concerns TV production luminaires for professional studio and outdoor production, as well as related accessories, accessories and warranty and maintenance services. A framework agreement will be set up by means of a call for tenders to select the six tenderers with the highest scores from among those who have submitted a tender in accordance with the invitation to tender. The selection of contractors for the framework agreement is made on the basis of the products and prices of the comparison basket in Annex 2 to the invitation to tender. The products to be procured during the framework agreement will be defined on a needs-by-need basis and tenders will be requested on a procurement-by-procurement basis in accordance with the draft framework agreement in Annex 3 and the operating model in Annex 3.1 to the call for tenders. The value of purchases made under the framework agreement does not exceed EUR 1.000.000 excluding VAT. The term of the agreement is fixed-term two (2) years, which can be extended by one option period of two (2) years, unless the framework agreement expires earlier because the maximum value of the framework agreement (EUR 1,000,000) has been reached.
