Description

Design and implementation contract with a design phase and an implementation phase. The services provided for in the design and production contract must be completed at the latest during the 4th quarter of 2022, without obtaining the N1 certificate for the last building covered. The N1 certificates for each building must be obtained no later than twelve months after acceptance of the works for each building.
