Description

This call for applications concerns a restricted competition for project management at level "esquisse +" for the construction of a swimming pool in Gannat launched in accordance with Article L. 2172-1 of the CCP and organised in accordance with the provisions of Articles R. 2162-15 to R. 2162-26 of the CCP. The operation falls within the scope of the provisions of Book IV of Part Two of the Public Procurement Code (CCP). The objective is to improve the existing offer through modern equipment, environmentally conscious and whose main vocation remains the learning of swimming for schoolchildren as well as sports associative practice while developing sports-health. The future establishment will include a reception area (Sas, entrance hall, reception bank, waiting area, sanitary facilities), an administration area (management office, multipurpose office, staff cloakrooms, rest/meeting room), changing rooms (removal and installation area unique to all cloakrooms and mixed cloakrooms), a pool hall with mixed pool (sports area + activity area) and technical rooms. The outdoor area will include a plant and mineral solarium and access areas (service courtyard). The building's surface area is estimated at around 1 737m2 (including technical rooms). The outdoor spaces are estimated at 1,110m2. The estimated budget for the works is approximately EUR 6 000 000 excluding VAT. As an indication, the overall estimated period for the execution of the project management services is 40 months from the notification of the contract, including any extended period of perfect completion. The prime contractor's mission is scheduled to start in 07/2025. Provisional delivery of the work subject to the works operation is scheduled for 07/2027.
