Conclusion of an agreement for the purchase of turnkey day care centre located at Bryggervangen 7, 2100 Copenhagen Ø
Seller MP Ejendomme II P/S (hereinafter "Seller") wishes to build a day-care centre on matr. no. 164e, Udenbys Klædebo Kvarter, Copenhagen, located Bryggervangen 7, 2100 Copenhagen Ø (hereinafter "Owner's apartment") on behalf of the City of Copenhagen - Finance Administration (hereinafter "Buyer"). The owner-occupied apartment forms part of an overall project, which is built on Matr. 164e, 5226 and 3167b Udenbys Klædebo Kvarter, Copenhagen, located Bryggervangen, 2100 Copenhagen Ø, and which includes the development and construction of family housing, youth housing, social housing, retail and institution (hereinafter ‘the Project’). The project consists mainly of homes built in 6 to 7 floors. The condominium alone constitutes 1/30 of the total area of the Project, and the primary purpose of the Project for the Seller is thus the construction of the homes. The day-care institution cannot independently be divided into its own land register and is therefore included in the project. The condominium is delivered by the Seller to the Buyer as a turnkey day care institution with fixed fixtures and fittings. The owner-occupied apartment will have an expected building area of 946 sqm. The purchase price for the condo is DKK 36,681,029 excl. The Seller and the Buyer wish to enter into a conditional purchase agreement for the transfer of the above-mentioned Condo, which at the time of the conclusion of the Purchase Agreement will not yet be completed and built (hereinafter "the Purchase Agreement").
