1. The subject of the contract is the supply and installation of heat pumps under the project entitled: ‘Improving the energy efficiency of buildings of the Warmia and Mazury Centre for Lung Diseases in Olsztyn’, co-financed by the European Regional Fund for Warmia and Mazury Programme 2021-2027, Priority FEWM.02 Environment, Measure FEWM.02.01 Energy efficiency SCHEMAT A (Public buildings), Call No FEWM.02.01-IZ.00-001/24. 2. The scope of the contract includes delivery and installation along with the commissioning of a complete installation of heat pumps in the Warmia and Mazury Center for Lung Diseases in Olsztyn, at ul. Jagiellońska 78, and in particular in the scope of the contract is: a) preparation of the executive design, b) supply and installation of heat pumps, c) commissioning of the installation, d) notifications necessary for the use of the installation (CEEB, CRO). 3.
