Conclusion of combined accident insurance for employees of N.I.Pirogov University Hospital
Subject matter and subject matter of the public procurement The subject matter of this public procurement is a "service" within the meaning of Article 3(1)(3) of the Public Procurement Act. The subject of the public procurement includes provision of insurance services for the needs of UMHATSM "N.I.Pirogov" EAD. No variants may be submitted in the tender. The estimated value of the contract is up to 35 000,00 euro. with included 2% GAP. The financial resources allocated by the contracting authority for this procurement shall be up to its estimated value. A participant bidding a higher price than the estimated value will be excluded from participation on the basis of Art. 107, item 2, letter "a" of the Public Procurement Act. The financial means to pay for the activities are own funds. Payment of the price of the contract will be made according to the terms, conditions and manner detailed in the draft contract. Payments under the concluded contract will be made in euros, by bank transfer, to the Contractor's account, in the order, manner and within the term described in the draft contract. Method of payments under the insurance policy – deferred, in 4 (four) equal instalments, subject to the provision of Article 368 of the KZ. This contract is awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender. The most economically advantageous tender shall be identified on the basis of the award criterion: "lowest price", in accordance with Article 70(2)(1) of the Public Procurement Act. The lowest price is taken to be the price offered for the execution of the contract, including 2% of the IMD. The performance guarantee shall amount to 5 % (five per cent) of the contract value and shall be released in accordance with the draft contract. When examining the tenders, the appointed committee will apply the so-called "inverted order" on the basis of Article 104(2) of the Public Procurement Act, in conjunction with Article 61 of the PPZOP. The technical and price proposals of the participants will be considered before the documents for certification of personal status and selection criteria.
