Description

The subject of the public contract is the material provision of biochemical and immunochemical tests for a period of 1 year: • free-of-charge loan of a powerful integrated biochemical and immunochemical analytical system and separate analyzers for the central and remote department of the Institute of Clinical Biochemistry and Haematology (ICBH) of the University Hospital Pilsen; • provision of services free of charge for borrowed instrumentation; • supplies of diagnostics and operating consumables for consideration. This is a public contract for a transitional period of 1 year, following the current contract. Only the current supplier is approached, from a time and material point of view it is not possible to switch to another supplier's system. The contracting authority is currently preparing a tender procedure for the comprehensive provision of biochemical and immunochemical tests. This is a key contract to ensure the operation of the ICBH, which corresponds to the complexity and complexity of the assignment. The contracting authority needs to overcome a transitional period before the new system can be put into competition and put into operation. A change of technology and its possible complete change from the technical and economic point of view is not possible (the current model of so-called reagent leasing is not suitable for short-term contracts), putting the technology into operation for time and operational reasons is not possible.
