Description

The Danish Building and Property Agency's building cases range widely within areas such as new and extension, modernisation, renovation and maintenance, etc. It is therefore important that the Danish Building and Property Agency has a client advisor who possesses this breadth in its competence profile. The Danish Building and Property Agency is a professional developer who carries out the majority of the tasks described in the service description for client consultancy. The Danish Building and Property Agency's construction cases are to a large extent handled as turnkey contracts under the Danish Building and Property Agency's Strategic Framework Agreement for turnkey contracts. Here, the client advisor will in some cases have to contribute to the preparation of the construction programme, ad-hoc professional advice during the design, scrutiny, the Danish Building and Property Agency's project-specific payment plan, selected client supervision during the execution and participate as the Danish Building and Property Agency's representative in performance tests during the execution phase. In connection with invitations to tender for a classic turnkey contract, the client consultant will also be involved in the preparation of the construction programme and the invitation to tender for the turnkey contract. For maintenance tasks, client consultancy is rarely used. There may be main contracts where the client consultant is given a greater role than in turnkey contracts in connection with coordination and management of the turnkey consultant and the main contractor, performance testing as well as contract and financial management. On the basis of an assessment of the specific project and the project manager associated with it, the Danish Building and Property Agency will always assess which tasks are to be carried out by the project manager and which are to be carried out by the client advisor. For the Danish Building and Property Agency, it is important that the client consultant can scale their organisation and competences, depending on the type and size of the task in question, in order to ensure smooth and effective project implementation. The framework agreement shall be divided into three lots. Partial agreement 1: The capital, Greenland and the Faroe Islands Part 2: Zealand, DTU Risø, Funen and the Islands Jutland See Annex H for an overview of the geographical breakdown of the lots. The framework agreement is estimated to have a total value of DKK 150 million, totalling all the lots for the entire duration of the agreement. In addition to the Danish Building and Property Agency, other state parties may make use of the framework agreement, cf. Annex I. The other parties often use client advice in a more "classical sense" as described in the service description for client advice. The following are the other contracting entities of the framework agreement: Ministry of Employment Ministry of Interior and Health Ministry of Industry, Business and Financial Affairs Ministry of Defence Ministry of Justice Ministry of Culture Ministry of Environment and Gender Equality Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Fisheries Prime Minister Ministry of Transport Ministry of Immigration and Integration Ministry of Foreign Affairs Ministry of Climate, Energy and Utilities Ministry of Social Affairs and Housing Ministry of the Elderly Ministry of Green Tripartite Ministry of Digitalisation Ministry of Economic Affairs Ministry of Education and Research Aalborg University Aarhus University DTU Danish Decommissioning ITU KU Roskilde University University of Southern Denmark/SDU Aarhus School of Architecture Text automatically translated in your browsing language Automatically translated
