Description

Hankinnan kohteena on mainos- ja viestintätoimistopalvelut Pohjois-Savon hyvinvointialueelle. Hyvinvointialueen viestintä- ja markkinointiyksikkö vastaa hyvinvointialuetasoisen viestinnän ja markkinoinnin kehittämisestä ja toteuttamisesta. Mainos- ja viestintätoimistojen palveluita tarvitaan myös useiden yksiköiden erilaisiin yksikkökohtaisin tarpeisiin. Kilpailutuksella haetaan mainos- ja viestintätoimistokumppaneita, jotka ovat sekä suunnittelemassa että toteuttamassa toimenpiteitä Pohjois-Savon hyvinvointialueen kanssa. Hankinta on jaettu kahteen osaan: 1. Strateginen mainos- ja viestintätoimisto 2. Toteuttava mainostoimisto.
