Description

L'objet de la présente consultation est la réalisation d'une étude pré-opérationnelle en vue de la mise en oeuvre d'une Opération Programmée d'Amélioration de l'Habitat en Renouvellement Urbain (OPAH-RU) sur le centre ancien de la ville d'Annecy. L'étude porte sur le même périmètre que celui défini par l'opération Sainte-Claire. Il représente 20 ha de superficie, soit 400 immeubles, plus de 2000 logements
