Description

SCOOP, together with 25 other school groups in Flanders, is part of the GO! Education of the Flemish community. Geographically we include all GO! schools in the Noordoostrand around Brussels: from Grimbergen over Vilvoorde, Machelen, Zaventem, Kortenberg, Kampenhout, Tervuren and Overijse to Hoeilaart. SCOOP manages 11 primary schools, 6 secondary schools, 1 academy for performing arts and 1 CLB. Our school group also includes a boarding school, a CVO location and on three campuses we work together with an autonomous nursery. For our schools we are looking for bus companies that can transport our students during school trips. The bus transport is carried out, without any volume guarantee, according to a schedule drawn up in advance by mutual agreement and may be more or less during certain school periods. This contract concerns a framework agreement in which the terms and conditions of the service are agreed, which will be observed in the execution of the subsequent contracts. The framework agreement establishes a contractual framework for determining the terms and conditions of individual orders. It is emphasised that the framework agreement does not promise exclusivity and that no minimum purchase is guaranteed. Three bus companies will be selected per lot. The contracts will be divided per lot between the contractors according to the waterfall method: First, the assignments will be requested from the first ranked. The assignments that the first ranked cannot perform are then submitted to the 2nd ranked. If the 2nd ranked assignments cannot be executed, they will be submitted to the 3rd ranked assignments. If the first ranked contractor is unable to perform more than 50% of the assignments on more than one occasion, he may be excluded from the assignment. If a bus ride exceeds 400km or takes several days, the contractor will request a quote from the 3 participants of the framework agreement. If they are unable to offer this, the contractor may request a quotation elsewhere. Text automatically translated in your browsing language Automatically translated
