Poland-Gdynia: Repair and maintenance services of locomotive wheelsets
1. Object of the contract
The subject-matter of the contract is the replacement of mono-block wheels and brake discs in 4 wheelsets (each consisting of 2 mono-block wheels and 1 bilateral brake disc per wheel), in accordance with the technical documentation of the vehicle and the standards shown in the Maintenance System Documentation (DSU) of the rail bus series SA109.
2. This work comprises:
(1) disassembly of mono-block wheels from wheelsets,
(2) replacement of mono-block wheels with new ones meeting the requirements of standard PN-K91045/2002 as indicated in the Maintenance System Documentation,
(3) installation of new brake discs on mono-block wheels meeting the requirements of UIC 541-3 edition 7 of 2010
(4) blurring of friction surfaces of brake discs,
(5) transfusion of the contour of the wreath to a dimension in accordance with the technical drawing – the structural dimensions after transfusion – according to the measurement sheets for P4 and P5 annexed to the Agreement constituting Annex 5 to the Notice,
(6) static balancing of wheelsets,
(7) axle deficiocopic examination,
(8) revision of bearings in wheelset axle boxes.
3. Method of performance of the contract:
(1) The transfer of wheelsets for the replacement of mono-block wheels and their return after all the operations referred to in paragraph 2 have been carried out shall be carried out on ul. Tucholska 6a, Chojnice (89-600). The delivery and receipt of the wheelsets will be carried out at the Contractor’s expense.
(2) The scope of the service to be procured should be performed in accordance with the technical documentation.
(3) The scrap recovered during the service covered by the contract is the property of the Contracting Authority and the Contractor will deliver it to the Contracting Authority on the day on which the wheelsets are returned.
(4) All assembly operations must be accepted by the acceptance commissioner.
(5) Guarantee period required – minimum 12 months.
