Sanitary facilities and compressed air
"The waste water systems are mainly designed as ground pipes. The basic lines are to be constructed in PP plastic pipes (e.g. KG2000). The pipes laid in the trench are additionally attached to the building floor to avoid sagging. Two-part floor drains made of cast iron, with stainless steel grid are installed. In the building, in the installation areas, soundproofed plastic pipe is used. The entire wastewater installation is carried out in accordance with DIN EN 12056. Drinking water: The pipe network is made of copper pipes in accordance with DIN EN 1057:2010-06. The drinking water system is calculated according to DIN 1988 and built according to the specifications of the DVGW worksheet W551. The CHP connection lines to the consumers are ground through to avoid stagnant water. The WW connection cables are designed as a short stitch installation in order to minimize the heat transfer via the fittings to the CHP network. All cold water pipes are insulated against condensation and heating. Hot water supply: Hot water is supplied to the toilet and shower area centrally in the flow system. At more distant taps such as the kitchen, water heating is done decentrally with a water heater. The hot water and circulation system is insulated according to ENEV with alkaline rock wool. Furnishings: The sanitary objects are made of white porcelain with stainless steel fittings. Compressed air system: A technical compressed air network is installed throughout the building, which supplies the vehicle parking spaces and workshops with technical compressed air. A central air compressor is installed in the space provided for this purpose. Each parking space has two compressed air connections. One compressed air connection for exhaust gas extraction and one for the ‘Rett-Box’. At the gate of the washing station, a compressed air connection should be positioned on the left and right at about 1.0 m. "
