Acquisition of a system for monitoring the habits of vulnerable elderly people (lot 1) and a training service for community tutors (lot 2) to implement the project “An EU and technological welfare for vulnerable elderly people – WelComTech” under the Italian – Switzerland programme 2014/2020 (ERDF) for the Autonomous Region of Valle d’Aosta.
