Description

Affidamento a Ferrovie Appulo Lucane Srl dell'esercizio di servizi di trasporto pubblico ferroviario regionale di competenza della Regione Puglia. Linea: Bari-Altamura-Gravina.
L'affidamento, ai sensi dell'art. 5 par. 6 del Reg. (CE) 1370/2007 del Parlamento europeo e del Consiglio, fatte salve le condizioni per l'applicazione dell'art. 4 comma 4, ha per oggetto la gestione dell'esercizio di servizi di trasporto pubblico regionale ferroviario di competenza dell'ATO Regionale Puglia, sull'attuale Rete delle Ferrovie del Gargano ( con eventuali estensioni alla rete ferroviaria regionale interoperabile), così come definiti nel Piano triennale dei servizi di trasporto Pubblico Regionale e Locale 2015-2017 approvato con deliberazione di Giunta Regionale 598/2016 ( pubblicata sul B.U.R.P. 55/2016 ).
