Description

1. The subject of negotiations will be the conditions for the implementation of the order described below and the price for the receipt and management of waste with code 19 12 12 (nadsit) from mechanical treatment of municipal waste, including bulky waste, not having the character of hazardous, inert or biodegradable waste. 2. Waste will be offered in the form of: in bulk. The Contractor shall collect the above-mentioned waste from the Contracting Authority from the installation: Municipal Waste Disposal Plant (ZUOK), ul. P. Poleskiego 3, 10-410 Olsztyn. 3. The quantity of waste with code 19 12 12 (nadsit) from mechanical treatment of municipal waste, intended for collection and management under the basic contract is 400 Mg. 4. The Ordering Party has no influence on the size of the waste stream received, due to the high variability of this stream. In the event of an increase in the waste stream or prolonged failures of facilities receiving waste from the Employer under other contracts/orders, the Employer allows the use of the option referred to in Art. 1 of the Public Procurement Act, which consists in increasing the amount of waste with code 19 12 12 (nadsit) intended for reception and management by an additional amount of 400 Mg. 5. Taking into account the above, the total amount of waste destined for reception and management amounts to 800 Mg, including: for the basic contract: 400 Mg and for the order under the option: up to 400 Mg.
